Jacki Friedman

As Director of Account Services, Jacki plays a key leadership role at Furman Roth. Her main focus is working with the Higher Education team at the agency. Her experience includes the development of branding and awareness campaigns, reputation enhancement, introduction and positioning of new programs as well as recruitment for specific programs.

Jacki has worked on over 100 Higher Ed programs with a keen awareness of the specific audiences and most effective marketing channels for each, including Fordham University, Seton Hall University, Nassau Community College, Warrington School of Business at University of Florida, and Anne Arundel Community College. Jacki’s 20 years of experience in Higher Ed marketing positions her as an expert in this ever-changing category.
