The Rationale:

Anne Arundel Community College offers numerous credit and non-credit programs, overlaid with seasonal promotions for Fall, Spring, and Summer recruitment. Furman Roth identified areas to streamline and optimize with these priorities in mind.

The Outcome:

Furman Roth identified numerous key actions within the user journey and overhauled conversion tracking in order to measure and optimize toward the school’s desired recruitment funnel actions. This allowed AACC to track the effectiveness and return on the advertising spend in a way that had never been done before.

We also implemented an omnichannel digital approach to achieve multiple touchpoints and strong awareness, while reaching AACC’s audience segments with hyper-granularity. This achieved extremely strong levels of awareness and engagement, resulting in highly effective cost efficiencies.
