Barry Glenn

Senior Art Director

Besides being a superbly talented part of Furman Roth’s creative team, he is chiefly responsible for the visual look of much of the Agency’s print and TV work.

Barry has another distinction that will forever earn him a place in advertising history: He is the voice of “Sinbad the Parrot” in all the Marty’s Shoe Outlet commercials.  But he’s made up for that transgression with his extensive work for major clients such as Krazy Glue, Bally Fitness Centers, B&H Photo and Video, Panasonic, New York Methodist Hospital, Innovation Luggage, Gold’s Horseradish, Golden Blossom Honey and others.

Before starting his extremely productive tenure at Furman Roth, Barry worked at Benton & Bowles, creating the “Put on a Happy Face” campaign for Pearle Vision Centers.
And Barry’s creativity doesn’t stop when he leaves the office.  He also designed the house he’s lived in for the last 15 years.  And, like any client worth her salt, his wife asked for revisions time and time again.
